1. Cancellation of our online courses can be made within 14 calendar days of the date of the Order Confirmation for a course, provided the course has not been accessed and/or opened. The cancellation period will expire 14 calendar days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
2. No requests for cancellation will be accepted if the course has been accessed and/or opened, regardless of whether it is within the 14-calendar day cancellation period, and/or if the course materials have been accessed via our online course learning platform.
3. No requests for cancellation or refund will be accepted after 14 calendar days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
4. The cancellation request can only be raised by completing the required Cancellation and Refund Form on this webpage.
5. We will provide a full refund for written cancellation requests received within 14 calendar days of the date of the Order Confirmation.
6. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used in the initial transaction.
7. Request your refund by completing the Cancellation and Refund Form below. Please allow about 3 days for a reply. Refunds take approximately 14 calendar days to process.
